Why not go DIGITAL?   Mountain High Maps of Cambridge UK have a superb set of
raised relief maps covering the whole world at different projections (74) as
well as globe views (39), over 200 in all.  Mac or IBM compatible, greyscale
images of excellent quality.  About #700 (pounds sterling).  Digital Wisdom
