I am trying to help a patron find the location of Hong Mat, or Houng
Mat,
Vietnam.  It is supposed to be northwest of Hanoi.  I've tried the basic
gazetteer sources (US Board on Geographic Names, Geonet, Columbia
Gazetteer) without success.  Does anyone have a more detailed resource
they could check for us?  Many thanks.
