While I have no recollection of how it happened with that particular
map, I do remember that I bumped into this particular problem when I was
working for Mr. Buffum in the early 1960s.  So, if nothing else, it
should be possible to go back in the LC catalog and look for a map of
Harrison New York and see what we did for that one (I remember it was
Harrison because a few years later there was a doctor killed by his lady
"friend" who was from Harrison ;-).  I worked for him from fall 1962
until 1 December 1964.
