I am interested in obtaining up-to-date maps of the following African nations;
 
Cote d'Ivoire
Nigeria
Gabon
Tunisia
 
with the following features:
 
scale of less than or equal to  1:1500000
shaded relief
major roads and other infrastructure
rivers and other surface waters
parks and environmentally sensitive areas
off coast depths (Gabon only)
 
and smaller scale topo maps for certain areas of each nation, for example;
 
Bonny Island, Nigeria
Abidjan and suburbs, Cote D'Ivoire
 
Any ideas where I can purchase these maps and quads in the USA or Europe?
 
Have attempted to contact the IGN in Paris and private distributors with no
luck.  Your help would be much appreciated.  Thank you.
