Thanks for posting this, I have a friend in Atlanta at one of the CDC
libraries who asked me about just these kinds of GIS products less than a
week ago! Timing is everything!

I fear that many of these reviews must be taken with a grain (or even
two!) of salt since the reviewers are seldom versed in the area they
are reviewing. There are, for example, what I feel are flaws in both
the operations and database of one of the packages that are
not mentioned in the review.
