maps and recently found this site. This links directly to the maps for
French Polynesia, which includes the Society Islands.

Hi
A faculty member is looking for maps to illustrate an article about
French Polynesia and the Society Islands. She would prefer one that is
digitized and is either copyright free or, obviously, one she can get
permission to use.
The ones I have found so far are unsatisfactory because the place names
are in French, they don't show all five archipelagos, or they highlight
certain islands.
Anyone have a suggestion?
