** Apologies for cross-posting **

Hi, all,

San Jose State University's School of Library and Information Science is
looking for an instructor to teach an online class on GIS Librarianship
this fall. The Fall dates are: August 25th-December 10th. No classes on
Labor Day (Sept 1); Veterans Day (Dec 11th); and Thanksgiving (Nov 27-28).

The class will need to be taught completely online as there will be
students in Northern and Southern California as well as across the United
States.

If you are interested, please contact Linda Main, the Associate Director of
SLIS. Her email is [log in to unmask] As an adjunct faculty member at
SLIS, I would be happy to discuss my experiences there as well in teaching
Map Librarianship (with some GIS included).

Best,

Julie
