Hello,

With the beginning of the school year imminent (or having already begun), I
wanted to take a moment to remind readers of this listserv about services
available through my site, Geography at The Mining Co.

http://geography.miningco.com

In addition to weekly articles about geography (recent features include an
overview of Park & Newcomb's famous newspaper study, a review of a handheld
GPS unit, and the story of Prester John) along with 46 categories of
annotated links to the Internet's best geography resources, my site also
features a bulletin board and chat room devoted to geography. Weekly chats
are held every Thursday and give students and geographers around the world
an opportunity to interact in real-time.

I hope that you'll mention my site to those students who are interested in
geography and communicating with others about the discipline.

Best,
Matt Rosenberg
