The "Bartholomew Gazetteer of Places in Britain", 1st edition 1977 and 2nd 
edition 1986 is now out of print.  A new and revised gazetteer with map section 
is scheduled for publication on 6th April this year entitled "Britain Atlas and 
Gazetteer - New Comprehensive Edition" ISBN 0 00 448790 7 price in UK £39.99.
