Hi Folks



Please excuse the duplication



I'm trying to date a globe, based on country names and boundaries.  A
while ago I had located a resource (either web, or reference book, I
can't remember which) that listed chronologically the changes in names
and borders of countries.



Can someone help guide me back to such a resource
