     The Moderator of Maps-L will be traveling in the U.S. West for the
next five weeks.  While he is gone, Tom Hardaway, Map Room Assistant at
Georgia, will moderate the list.  While Tom is prepared to handle the
routine events, he may have to delay decisions on some problems until
the Moderator returns in the middle of September.  Please be patient
with the list during this period.
