It is a little over two weeks until ALA Annual in Chicago and I still
have not heard from enough of you regarding volunteering to staff the
booth. Please look over my original message below and check your
schedules and let me know as soon as possible if you can help out.

Subject: MAGERT Booth staffing for Chicago in June

Dear MAGERT Colleagues:

The annual trek to ALA is rapidly approaching. I need to gather some
volunteers to try to keep the MAGERT booth staffed from Sat. June, 25
through 27th. We had a wonderful volunteer turnout at the last annual in
Orlando thanks to many MAGERT volunteers. There was also a very good
response from individuals passing by the booth. Just to review, a booth
staffer s responsibility is to be physically present at the booth at the
time volunteered to talk to interested persons, give out information,
and informational brochures. It is best if a member can volunteer in two
hours segments, but if not, I ll take 1 hour segments as well. Please
note that I divided up the lunch times in one hour segments so no one
person is caught without time to lunch before going to meetings, etc. So
please check your conference schedules and let me know by e mail at
[log in to unmask] <mailto:[log in to unmask]> as soon as possible if you are able
and willing to volunteer some time to represent MAGERT before the
public. Below are the timeslots where I need help.
