For Italy, the highest mountain is the same as for France :
Monte Bianco at 4807 m.
For Swiss, it's Monte Rosa at 4633 m.
To my knowledge, Monte Bianco is the highest mountain in the European Alps,
and the Monte Rosa is the second.
(I did climb both).
