     This is just to inform subscribers that I have emailed (but with more
     detail) Nancy Kandoian of NYPL privately of the existence of a copy of
     'Ground plan of the foreign settlement [in singular form] at Shanghai
     north of the Yang Kang Pang Canal from a survey by Mr. F.B. Youel,
     R.N.  May, 1855' (with separate letter-press 'List of renters of land
     [...]' dated 31 March, 1855)' in RGS Map Room.
