Hi all, sorry to delay on sending a response to this, our mail system
wasn't letting mail in or out for a few days...

One of the better ways to get map catalogers and cataloging training
would be to encourage local or regional library groups to sponsor or
host sessions. Paige Andrew and myself and a few others have given both
short and longer map cataloging workshops and we find more interest in
this topic than we expected.

It would be great to somehow coordinate map cataloging workshops somehow
but until then a number of us are available if anyone needs assistance
or consultation.
