The following is forwarded from the list of those involved in the revision
of Descriptive Cataloging of Rare Materials, which includes lots of rare
books catalogers.  For any map people that don't know about this Latin
Place Names file, this is an opportunity to learn about its existence, and
for those that do, you might want to know that it will be unavailable for a
while.  Please see below.

Because of electrical work in the Harold B. Lee Library building, which
will affect the servers, the BSC Latin Place Names file (
http://net.lib.byu.edu/~catalog/people/rlm/latin/names.htm) will be
unavailable from December 21, 2007 through January 5, 2008. We apologize
