This is a cross-posting to both Maps-L and Geonet_L.
 
We are investigating the feasibility of setting up an approval plan to
acquire maps for our libraries.  We are interested in knowing if anyone has
such plans set up--or standing orders or deposit accounts.  If so, who are
the vendors/suppliers you use?  How successful do you feel this has been?
