Hi:
        I am a graduate student at the University of Tennessee.  I have a
project to do regarding the Vistapro program and would like your opinions.
Has anyone used the 3.0 program? Do you like it or is it too difficult,
etc. ?  I would also like to know how many patrons have used this program.
I have never sent anything to the list before (is it obvious?) so please
excuse any errors.  Please send your answers to me direct.
