A patron needs help finding the coordinates and/or current
Polish names of these places that once had German names:
1) Emilienheim, in district of Konin, near the town of Zagorow.
2) Kuhlhausen, in the Grand Duchy of Warsaw as of 1814.
He has identified two books that would be helpful, but the Univ.
of Iowa does not have them: Slownik Nazw Geograficznych Polski
Zachodniej i Polnocnej (= Dictionary of Geographic Names of
Western and Northern Poland), 1951, 2 vols.; and another title--
Polnische Umbennungen der Ortschaften jenseits Oder-Neisse
(=Polish Name Changes beyond the Oder-Neisse Line), 1949-1952,
2 vols. If anyone can find the information in these books, or
in any other sources, it will be greatly appreciated!
