In addition, I believe that Door County (Sturgeon Bay) in Wisconsin is nearly
all on the Island - and of course, depending on the stage of the tide and the
whim of the US Army Corps of Engineers there is:  Plaquemines, St. James &
maybe Jefferson Parish in Louisiana.
