Melissa,

The WAML Map Librarian's Toolbox has a link to Forestry
Suppliers. They have a telescoping plastic document tube for about $20.
It telescopes up to 40". In a pinch, your researcher might also want to
get some PVC and make one herself. Linda Zellmer

Colleagues,
A researcher who is frequently at sea is looking for large plastic
map tubes. She has in mind those tubes that come in sections that can
be screwed together to extend the length of the tube. I am unable to
locate a supplier.
     Do you have any suggestions?
     thanks, Melissa
