I would be very grateful for any information on the INEGI disc,
_SCINCE, sistema para la consulta de information censal por colonias_.
This product is supposed to allow thematic mapping at the colonia
level for Mexican 1990 census data. I'm particularly interested in knowing
whether the software works, whether the maps can be printed, and
whether the boundary and data files can be exported into a standard GIS
package like _ArcView_.

Thank-you!
