can submit a proper interlibrary loan request.

I checked and we have the volume you're interested in.

I tried to get this article via OCLC but can't find any library that
owns the publication but couldn't find it in OCLC. Does anyone have:
Withers, Marianne M., 1992. Moving Maps at the Virginia State Library

24-27.
