Brendan,

We have 11 of the 18 sheets mentioned in our WorldCat record. We have
also made the index available at
http://www.lib.berkeley.edu/EART/indexes/G8000_s1000_s4_index.jpg. It
covers the map sets at 1:100K, 1:500K, and 1:1M.
