On March 15, OCLC will implement updates to USMARC code lists and to tag
856.  For more information, please see OCLC System News (March 1998
Changes to MARC Tagging, Parts I-III).  A copy of the changes will be
posted in the March issue of OCLC's _Bits and Pieces_.
