I have just forwarded the 3 messages, consolidated by Johnnie Sutherland on
the 11th of Oct., to the USGS's Branch of Information Services in Denver
concerning the USGS Shipping Lists problems. I asked them to respond
directly to all of you with the problems or to forward a message thru me to
put online.

We'll work with you all to make the service the best for all of our
customers.

Thanks
John Shanton
