Blake, I think the electronic form will spawn the paper form of books
and maps within a decade.  For books, we are just about there.  Most
folks have laser printers which can make quite acceptable scripts
to read.  Color (which most maps need) and the resolution and beauty of
conventional maps are a decade away.   Dave
