Hi,

Has anyone out there from a US University negotiated access to UKBORDERS
and other related UK Census sites? Access seems to be available only to
Athens account users (and only a very few US institutions seem to be
registered with Athens). Or is there access to UK administrative boundaries
through some other non-passworded site.?
