We have 1924 NYC, and 1998 for NYC here in the Map Div.
The Plan for New York City has aerials for each planning district. 1969.

There is the olde yellow notebook out there,in two or three editions,
probably now on line, that lists existing NYS aerials. Sorry do not have
the cite in hand.
