These are pages among the Annual Report of the Secretary General of the
Organization of American States for 1994-1995.  They state that some
publications of PAIGH (periodical issues in geography, cultural anthrop. etc)
were published that year.
 
The letter was 'way back before that wasn't it?
 
No mailing address for maps/publications in the Annual Report.
