To those of you who have an over-all standing order or something
similar (NOT UN depository libraries), I have several questions.

1. Do any of you catalog them in LC?
If so, do you keep the collection together or just add them to
the main collection??

2. If they are not cataloged, how to you arrange them on the shelves?
    eg. sales numbers
    eg. series titles
    eg. official records

We have a standing order for most of the main series and do not have
them cataloged yet. However, I am the chair of a committee who is
working on a recommendation to possibly catalog them into LC. I'm
sure some will want them to go into the main collection. Personally,
I'd rather keep them together in a separate collection. I'm just
seeking comments from those of you may have faced these decisions
already.

I'm also wondering how you arranged the non-cataloged ones on the
shelves. Everyone seems to do it a little different. The UN symbol
system is indeed varied.

Please reply to me and not the list. Thanks for any comments. Larry
