We recently purchased 1991 topographic coverage 1:200,000 of Belarus. Without
transliterating it I cannot be certain that Shaptishki appears on the
particular sheet but the coordinates are 54 56N 26 41E. I will gladly fax you
the area if you wish.

We have the current 1:200K Russian topographic maps, however, as you
might suspect, they are in Russian. Do you have a cyrillic speclling for
your place name??
