Another map pointed out to me, British OS, 1:4M, 1926,  confirms along with
Francis' info that Ko Phayam is the island formerly known as Delisle
Goh and Koh are different romanisations of the Thai word today written
Ko or
Koh, meaning Island.
So Francis' two references are to the same island (possibly split over two
sheets, hence the different lat/longs?)
