The Penn State Maps Library has the following Army Map Service indexes
available.  Most have some kind of pencil markings on them, but all are
legible and intact.  If you are going to request some of the indexes, please
try to do so prior to Oct 5th (when we begin our move to another part of the
library).  I would prefer to toss the unclaimed indexes rather than haul
them with me!
