I am interested in the answers to Sue's questions also. The small tubes are
the worst, but I have had problems with bigger tubes packed with nautical
charts and wads of paper stuffed inside. I would cut and peel and cut and
peel, etc. My fingers are small, but I have a hard time tring to reach inside
and twist the maps to come out. My only solution was to finally let my
students have all the fun. I wish the tubes were like mailing envelopes with a
strip to pull off so the tube would split open.
