     I have a customer who wishes to convert earth-centered
     Cartesian coordinates to New Mexico central state plane
     (transverse mercator) data, based on origins of 31
     degree North latitude (for the state of New Mexico).
     He's looking for a method, formula, software, whatever,
     to accomplish this.  If anyone has a suggestion about
     where I could obtain the information, I would really
     appreciate it.
