Thanks to Nancy for indicating this and let me add: We are working on
making the links available on the Union List
(http://www.libraries.iub.edu/index.php?pageId=1002181 ), but this may
take us a little longer, hopefully by the end of March. I will try to
email the list when it is finished.

Turns out that linking each sheet is an ideal way to double-check the
old union list web-site as well as the scanned versions and make sure
all the maps are accounted for in each place.

Hi Nancy Meuth,
Thanks for the information about the digitized Sanborns of Indiana and
for the list of paper maps.
For the casual user there appears to be no clickable list of cities. So
if one wants to see what's available for, say, the city of Batesville,
the procedure is to 1. Go to the ISPD website --
http://www.indiana.edu/~gisdata/ 2. Click on Download 3. Click on Single
file 4. Select the relevant quadrangle name (Batesville Quadrangle) from
the map or pull-down menu.
Is that right?

Indiana University has digitized all its holdings of Sanborn Maps and
all maps pre - 1923 have been added to the Indiana Spatial Data Portal
http://www.indiana.edu/~gisdata/. To see a listing of our holdings check
out this website http://www.libraries.iub.edu/index.php?pageId=1002181.

A question that we had was if anyone has confirmed the copyright on the
post 1922 maps? We would love to put all our Sanborn maps online, but
haven't had a chance to confirm the copyright.

In addition to those states listed in the index to the Union List (noted
in the message below) is recently completed Indiana
http://www.indiana.edu/~gisdata/sanborn.html
So far, however, I am unable to discover on that site a list of which
communities and editions are included. Any tips?
