The E. Belcher Hyde company still lives. I suspect it is basically a one man
operation...but I may be wrong. They are located at 5 Beekman Street, NYC,
10038. Do not telephone. the guy is taciturn to the max.  Write for a list of
currently available atlases, all +++ oversize. We bought Bronx atlases from
him several years ago, and when I talked to him this a.m. he offered to update
our copies---so they are still doing paste-overs for corrections! Ahh the
nineteenth century lives on Beekman Street!
