         power of maps
 
"The Power of Maps" lives! The exhibit will be recast in Washington, D.C.,
November 9th , 1993-January 23d, 1994. See it in the International Gallery, in
the S.Dillon Ripley Center of the Smithsonian Institution, on the Mall in
Washington,D.C. [This gallery is near the Museum of African Art and the
Sackler Gallery.] The show will be somewhat different than the one in New
York, with more materials borrowed from D.C. collections. So, go to your
Nation's Capital for the Holidays, and enjoy!!
