Regarding the maps revision, it seems to me that we were asked to
comment on this last fall.  I, for one, ended up sending a 4 page
letter regarding the proposed move to digital formats, pointing out
that there were still some problems with the product.  I am still
concerned about the proposed changes, especially the idea of print
on demand (on that wonderful paper that comes out of plotters
using that wonderful water-soluble ink) but never heard anything back
from USGS.
