Subject: Citing coverages

I believe that this topic has been covered on this forum, but I'm
drawing a blank on where to find the answer.

I have a patron who wishes to cite spatial data that is being used in a
map (or project for that matter).  Can anyone point me in the direction
of appropriate styles?
