  If your library responded to the 1992 Digital Data Survey conducted
by the Congress of Cartographic Information Specialists Associations,
then please watch your mail this week for a follow-up survey being
performed by me as a project at Kent State.  The goal of this new
survey is to measure the changes that have occurred in the past three
years, using the data from the original DDS (kindly provided by the
CCISA -- THANK YOU) as the benchmark.  Because this survey is limited
to those libraries that responded to the original DDS, it is very
important to receive responses from them for the comparison to have
any validity.  Please watch for your survey this week and ........
