We are looking for a list - either hardcopy or digital,
but preferably the latter - for sea and ocean features
of the Earth, that gives coordinates (either bounding
rectangle, or other polygon). We can derive these
from the figures in DIAM 65-18 (Geopolitical Data
Elements and Related Features), or from IHO materials,
but there's no point in reinventing the wheel.
If you know of any such list, please let me know.
