Montana State University has a Graphical Locator Page at
http://www.esg.montana.edu/gl/index.html.  This provides access to a variety
of information for point locations, including the township-range-section
information.  You can go both ways: township-range-section to geographic or
UTM and vice versa.

Resources web pages at
http://www.tec.army.mil/gis
