Are there any old Pittsburghers out there?

I see there is an Ann Street and a School Street still extant -- they don't cross each other any more...but they're close...going up PA-28 toward Sharpsburg...

I am thinking this is not Exhibition Park, home to the Pirates from 1891-1909.  Several websites say that Exhibition Park was in the same neighborhood where the modern-day PNC Park is.  Then again, maybe someone just loosely said "North Side" and someone else ran with it...
