After I discussed your request with a few people, I have come to the
conclusion that you should be able to download public domain data from our
website without violating copyright laws.  INSIDE Idaho was created with
some Federal grants and we are always struggling to keep it alive.  We
have tried hard to seek multiple levels of support, but so far only with
limited success.  If your business adventure is successful, any kind of
donation to support the clearinghouse would be greatly appreciated.  Good
