Tennessee October 11-14, 2000

The program this year includes a pre-conference MAPS & THE INTERNET
co-sponsored by NACIS and the International Cartographic Association as
well as sessions on Cartographic Experiments & Testing; Cartography &
Education; Managing Public Data; Internet GIS; Artistic Maps of Vistas &
Landscapes; Maps, GIS, & Imagery; Atlases; and Visulaization &
Animation.  Thursday night also includes a Riverboat Dinner/Cruise and
then a special twentieth anniversay banquet on Friday the 13th during a
full moon!
