Subject: Survey on Kodak Photo CD Labs

The attached document was distributed on the Imagelib listserv. I got
several interesting responses, but would like to hear from others. I will post
summary on both listservs.

Subject: Photo CD Labs--An Informal Survey

There seems to be general agreement from everyone, including Kodak,
that there is a wide variation in the quality of the work done by various labs
producing Kodak Photo CDs.

Under the circumstances, I would like to collect information from
customers about their experiences (either good or bad) with various labs. For
my own purposes I am particularly interested in labs in the Long Island - New
York City area, but would like to collect information nation wide. Responses
may be sent either to the listserv or directly to me. I will provide an
anonymous summary of all responses and post it on the listserv.
