I have researched the 1:62,500 SCALE, 15 Minute Maps of California
that have been published.  Looking back on what the USGS has done at
that scale for the areas in question, there weren't 15 Minute maps for
most of those sites.  There were 30 Minute Maps for many of the areas.
 
I did find 15 Minute maps named for the following:
 
   41121 A1  Bieber, California
   41121 A3  Fall River Mills, California
   41121 C1  Crank Mtn., California
   and
   41121 C3  White Horse, California
