My recent message about payments for the XIXth International Conference on
the History of Cartography pointed out that it would be possible to pay
*only* in Pesetas or Euros.

While correct, that was an unduly pessimistic way of presenting the
situation.

I now understand tha,t not only can you send cheques/checks in those two
currencies but, probably more relevantly, you can pay by CREDIT CARD.  If
you use that route, it should be cheaper and easier for you than at past
conferences.
